Welcome to The Souk, the blog of Sue Rodman, principal of SoukMC. The modern marketplace has its origins in the souks, or markets, of ancient Arabia. This blog is a marketplace for ideas on what works in the modern day souk.
Sue Rodman is an award-winning marketing professional with a knack for the creative. Sue is an experienced agency executive with international, as well as boutique firms, and has a track record of success working for national brands, mid-sized companies, small start-ups, and trade associations.
Her personal blog, Field Trips with Sue, (FTWS) won an Nickelodeon Parents Pick Award for Best Local Blog. She has parlayed her blogging experience into a twice monthly FTWS segment on the Atlanta CBS affiliate WGCL’s Better Mornings Atlanta.
